By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Client” or “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access this site or use our services.
1. Services Disclaimer
All services provided by The Atlantic Highlands Wellness Center—including, but not limited to, wellness treatments, aesthetic services, and body contouring—are designed to support overall well-being. However, individual results will vary, and no guarantees are made or implied.
Each client’s body, medical history, and response to treatment are different. Outcomes depend on numerous factors outside of our control. The client acknowledges and accepts this variability and agrees that no specific result is promised or warranted.
2. Medical and Injury Release Disclaimer
The services provided by The Atlantic Highlands Wellness Center are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are advised to consult with their personal healthcare provider before beginning any wellness or aesthetic service.
By using our services, the client affirms that they are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may arise. The client hereby releases The Atlantic Highlands Wellness Center, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims of injury, harm, or complications arising from participation in any of our services.
3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
All payments for services, packages, or memberships at The Atlantic Highlands Wellness Center are due in full at the time of booking or prior to the delivery of any service. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to follow through on purchased services.
By purchasing a service or package, the client agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any reason. All sales are final. In the event of a dispute, the client agrees to contact us directly for resolution.
4. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time without a reduction in cost.
